Perils of Nostalgia Part Ia : Looking at East Egg
This weekend I played dress up and took some pictures to go with the first of my essays on nostalgia. It’s not the craziest thing to happen when I’m wandering around in a post-call daze.
It’s funny how destiny works though. Just a couple of days ago when I took these I was looking across the water at the past. Today I’m looking anxiously at the future, my mind consumed with anxiety for familial health.
These are terribly Presidential. Or possibly Robber Baron.
